We look after the main gate, the visitor register, deliveries, domestic staff entry and night patrols, so the committee isn't fielding complaints every week. Our guards work with your visitor app if you use one (MyGate, NoBrokerHood and similar), or keep a paper register if you don't.

Common questions
How many guards does our society need?
It depends on the number of gates, towers and the parking layout. As a rough guide, one gate with round-the-clock cover needs three guards on 8-hour shifts. We confirm the number after a free site visit.
Can you also handle housekeeping?
Yes. Many societies take security and housekeeping together, with one supervisor and one monthly bill.
What if residents complain about a guard?
Tell your supervisor or call our office. We investigate the same day and replace the guard if needed.
