Our approach
We are a Pune-based agency, working out of Kharadi for 15+ years. Our approach hasn't changed: we listen, we understand the site, and then we provide a solution, with transparent dealings and ethical business practices throughout.
Most complaints about security agencies come down to the same few things: guards asleep on the night shift, no one checking on them, and replacements that never arrive. We built our agency around fixing exactly those: supervisors who make unannounced night rounds, a replacement guard within 24 hours, and a manager who answers the phone.
How we work
Every staff member is our own employee: recruited, police-verified, trained and paid by us, with PF and ESIC. We never sub-contract your site to another agency.
Before deployment, we write a post order for each position at your site, so guards know exactly what to check, whom to allow and whom to call.
What you can hold us to
These are in every contract we sign.
100% background verification
Every guard, gunman and housekeeping staff member is background-checked and police-verified before deployment.
Replacement within 24 hours
If a guard is absent or unsuitable, a replacement reports within 24 hours.
Supervisors who check at night
Field supervisors make unannounced rounds, including the night shift, and log every visit.
Full statutory compliance
PF, ESIC, minimum wages and bonus paid on time, so no liability falls on you as principal employer.
One number to call
A named manager for your account who picks up, not a call centre.
